Would recommend to anyone!

I received a speeding ticket of a 68 in a 55 on my way home to NC from MD and I called a few lawyers the following Monday and one actually told me to call Mr. Clary instead of paying his $400 fees, Mr. Clary got my ticket reduced to an improper equipment for just $125! He was always glad to answer an...y questions I had regarding my case whenever I called and was by far the most affordable representation I have ever paid for. I would recommend Mr. Clary to anyone who receives a traffic violation in Brunswick County or the surrounding areas! Great guy!

Reckless driving

I was charged with reckless driving while I was coming back from business trip and was crossing VA 70 mph area. I consider traffic fees as a lesson for myself and usually pay them fully and immediately. The reckless driving in VA, however, scared me pretty much when I've read about it. It is a crimi...nal offence and can lead to jail time. Would ruin my life and career if this happens. Of course, this rarely happens based on average case outcomes. Yet, I didn't want to try my chances and hired a lawyer. I like working with Clinton Clary and his assistance Candace. They were very professional, quick, and to the point. My involvement was minimal. They contacted court themselves and relieved me from traveling to other state for hearing. The outcome of hearing was the best I could hope for. The criminal charge was lowered to regular traffic ticket. No jail time, no criminal record - amazing!! I have to also mention that Mr. Clary legal fee is significantly lower comparing to other lawyers in this field. Which was a pleasant surprise by itself. I would highly recommend Clinton Clary to anyone seeking legal help in VA!!!
