Mark Randolph Matney

I decided to hire a lawyer very late, afternoon before the trial day. I found Matney Law over internet and directly drove over. I had the chance to directly communicate with Mark. First of all, he has a very kind and friendly attitude. This relaxed me and gave me confidence. Second, he listened to me... patiently and examined my documents about the case very professionally. Instead of trying to intimidate me with the worst case scenarios, he defined a reasonable process. Even he told me that I am ready for the trial without a lawyer. Finally and I think the most importantly, he offered me a very reasonable price since I provided some documents to make a case in the court. Aside from being a good lawyer and a nice person, he has an honest and trustworthy business practice. For the trial day, he was at the courthouse before me. He didn’t leave me alone almost a minute. He kept me relaxed with his nice chat. When trial started, he did an excelent job in making my case. Judge didn’t even ask me a question. And as Mark foresaw the day before, judge dismissed the charges. I would recommend Mark to anyone.

When I received my traffic violation, I contacted Mr. Matney; he was unavailable at the time, but I received a call back directly from him within minutes. First of all I would like to thank our Jesus Christ my Lord and Savior for all the blessing that he have bestowed upon me and for allowing me to find Mark Matney. Mark Matney is a very sweet and kind hearted man. He's very caring, polite, and a honest man. His staffers Mary and Clarie are very nice, ...friendly and down to earth people. Before I found Mark I called around for other lawyers and there assistant wanted me to pay $275.00 just to speak to the lawyer about my court case. Mark is so caring that he called me and did a over the phone consultantion with me for about 45 minutes free​ of charge. His attorney fees are the cheapest and reasonable prices around and he even split my payment up. Once I hired him he gave me a step by step instructions on what documents he need from me. He explained in great details what my defense should be and how he would go about it. I literally could call or email Mark anytime and he or his staff would call or email me back right away. Court day I was a nervous wreck and scared that I would get a 1000s of dollars fine and possible jail time. Mark Matney was calm, reassuring, and supportive. Standing in front of the judge the only time I spoke was when I was being sworn in. Mark did all the talking and presented my case on my behalf. Mark got my most serious charge drop and I had to pay a very, very small fine. I will be forever grateful to Mark, Mary, and Claire. Mr. Matney explained exactly what will happen during the court hearing, and what i can do prior to court to be prepared. He was excellent in making me feel comfortable and answered every question i had pertaining to my incident. My ticket was dropped to the minimum and couldnt be happier with his s...ervices.

Mark was incredibly professional and inviting, especially when compared to the many other lawyers i had called prior; he seemed to be the only one who wanted to win my case, as opposed to just represent me in a plea deal. Although i had to do quite a bit of the leg work, it wasnt onerous at all, and ...Mark and his staff were very good at communicating with me. Most importantly, he's cheap!
