Mark Randolph Matney

I first called Mr. Matney for advice on a traffic incident that I had and he gave me a lot of useful information even prior to me hiring him. After I hired Mr. Matney he straight away started building a case and moving forward with the process. In the end we got a better outcome then expected and his... price isn’t wallet breaking.

It was the only misdemeanor charge I’ve ever gotten, wreckless driving for having snow on my windshield. Mark met with me for free, and I hired him to represent me. He listened to the particulars of my case, not jumping to conclusions before he understood it. He gave me sound advice (including volunt...arily attending a driver improvement course before the court date), which I followed. The courtroom experience went by quickly, not more than five minutes, and the charge was dismissed. I don’t think I would have gotten that outcome without him. After my accident, I was extremely nervous about my court fine(s), insurance rate going up, and the mark it would leave on my driving record. I rear-ended someone in stop-and-go traffic, which caused them to rear-end the car ahead of them - nobody was hurt, and I was given a "following too closely" t...icket. She called me about a week before the court date to go over information and she, too, put my mind at ease. She explained the possible outcomes and finalized the exchange of any additional documents I had that would help support my case (new tire receipts, etc.) On my court date, she went over what would happen in the courtroom and had given the judge documents to support my case beforehand to look over, in the hopes of the best possible outcome - dismissal of the ticket. I think we were in the courtroom for all of five minutes... after the judge called my name, he looked at my paperwork and dismissed my ticket. Thank you so much, Matney Law, for everything you have done for me! From all of the reviews I have read, it seems like this is the royal treatment that every one of your clients gets. Hopefully I will not be in the same situation again, but if I am I will absolutely hire you again without hesitation. First of all I would like to thank our Jesus Christ my Lord and Savior for all the blessing that he have bestowed upon me and for allowing me to find Mark Matney. Mark Matney is a very sweet and kind hearted man. He's very caring, polite, and a honest man. His staffers Mary and Clarie are very nice, ...friendly and down to earth people. Before I found Mark I called around for other lawyers and there assistant wanted me to pay $275.00 just to speak to the lawyer about my court case. Mark is so caring that he called me and did a over the phone consultantion with me for about 45 minutes free​ of charge. His attorney fees are the cheapest and reasonable prices around and he even split my payment up. Once I hired him he gave me a step by step instructions on what documents he need from me. He explained in great details what my defense should be and how he would go about it. I literally could call or email Mark anytime and he or his staff would call or email me back right away. Court day I was a nervous wreck and scared that I would get a 1000s of dollars fine and possible jail time. Mark Matney was calm, reassuring, and supportive. Standing in front of the judge the only time I spoke was when I was being sworn in. Mark did all the talking and presented my case on my behalf. I hired Mark for an extremely serious charge that I was dealing with that could had an immeasurable impact in all aspects (fines, jail time, etc.)... A first time DUI with an extremely high BAC level, accident, and injury; it was indeed a serious charge! I decided to call Mark for a free consultatio...n and upon meeting him, I knew he was the attorney for my case! Mark is very honest, professional, diligent, yet very personable and friendly. He is also realistic and will inform all of the possible scenarios, but give your case the time and effort needed by covering all angles to assure the best possible outcome. Mark and his wonderful assistant Claire have always addressed my questions by responding in a very timely manner whether it's via email or by phone. Minimal sentencing (a couple of weekends and low fines/court cost!) which is absolutely amazing considering that it could had been A LOT worse! Mark made the whole ordeal as painless as possible and informed me the whole time of what was going on. He definitely went and beyond the call of duty that exceeded my expectations!
