Replied last September 11, 2020Thank you! I appreciate your input. We seek to guide our clients on the steps necessary to obtain the best possible result in court. I also like helping people take advantage of the expungement process. When a charge is dismissed, the criminal history still shows the charge and that it was dismissed. An expungement removes being charged with the offense from a person's record.
