Replied last February 16, 2017This was a challenging case due to an elevated blood alcohol level, a negative audio recording of my client discussing the incident, and an accident with injuries. However, my client was very serious about addressing substance abuse and pursued treatment before court. This was a great help in achieveing a result that did not exceed the mandatory minimum sentencing.
