I would hire her again. Shannon brought her A game, through out my case she was understanding, clearly explained the process and my rights, and made me fell comfortable about going to court. Shannon not only won my case in our 1st court appearance but exceeded my expectations by here experience and a...bility to win for me more that what originally was being asked for. Grandparent rights are difficult cases but Shannon hit this one out of the ball park. I know have grandparent rights to my granddaughter and court ordered visitation so I can love and spoil her as a grandparent should. I was locked in a 5 year struggle to get my kids. I had two lawyers before Shannon and lost mostly because I am male. Shannon put together a solid case and never once blew smoke up my butt. Attorney Lemm is like a Venus Fly trap. Pretty flower, but if you land in her trap she will chew you up and spit you out. I retained attorney Lemm a little over a year ago. I was going through a contested divorce and custody battle. I tried playing nice with my ex and attorney Lemm advised me not to,... but I didn’t, I didn’t listen. After learning my lesson the hard way, I was drained and exhausted. Attorney Lemm said to me, are you going to let me do my job now? My ex was keeping the kids away from me, threatening my job and livelihood. She said we are going to “TAKE HER DOWN”! Our day in court came. I was blown away by her spark, attitude, and her ability to own the one person who made my life Hell for so long. A person who lied, manipulated, and was pure Evil in my life was getting owned on the stand. It was so bad that I couldn’t look up, because I was grinning so hard. My time, patience, and frustration was all being wiped away with pure satisfaction as she destroyed the person who tried to destroy me. In the end she got me every thing I wanted and needed, but to put the icing on the cake she had all my Court and legal fees paid for that day. I had no idea what she was aiming for, but I’ll say this I’m happy she was representing me. Cause I couldn’t imagine being drilled by her. It was so bad for my ex, that the following week I received an email that my ex wanted to move into finalizing the divorce. It was a win for my whole family. Attorney Lemm and her team are rockstars.
