I retained Mr. Herron after a TSA screener found my (forgotten) gun in a carry-on bag and I was charged with “misdemeanor possession of a weapon in an airport.” It was a stressful time, and I was very much comforted by the confidence and experience that Mr. Herron brought to me and my case. In the end, through his efforts, the charges against me were dismissed at the cost of only court fees ($176) and forfeiture of the firearm. My case was a bit complicated (to me) because I live in Florida and had a conviction in Virginia Beach. I did a lot of research on restoration attorneys in Virginia and I feel that I hired the best attorney for my situation. It was nice to have representation that cares about his client and not just out to make a quick buck. This guy actually cares. I know it sounds like hyperbole, but Mr. Herron quite literally saved my future. I was charged with several firearm-related charges and he was able to work with several judges and prosecutors to get all charges dismissed.
