Highly Recommended

Mr. Herron recently helped me get my gun rights back. After a lot of research on many different lawyers I chose Mr. Herron. He had great reviews and when I spoke to him the first time he new what he was talking about and actually wanted to genuinely help me. I live out of state so it meant a lot to m...e that he kept in contact and kept me up to date on everything going on with the case. He made sure that he explained everything to me an made sure that I understood that it could go anyway and not to get my hopes up. He went above and beyond what I expected and if I ever need a lawyer in Virginia again it will be him.

Gun Rights Restoration

Robert represented me in a recent gun rights restoration case. He was the most prepared and professional lawyer in the court room. Just ask my wife. We were very impressed with his presence in the court room and how he prepared us for the hearing. He took our case personally and I felt he was just as... concerned as I was about the outcome. Robert is the best and we expect to have him as a life long lawyer and friend.

Excellent Attorney Gun /rights Restoration

I hired Robert Herron to petition the court of Va. Beach in the process of gaining my civil rights back concerning gun rights restoration. Robert was pretty quick in responding to my inquiries and professionalism in his decorum with me. He was knowledgeable and understanding in my plight on ...this adventure of gaining the right to bear arms once again. I would HIGHLY recommend Robert to help you along in this quest of returning to normalcy if you have messed up as I had so many years ago and lost your rights in Virginia. I had multiple felony convictions which included Breaking and Entering (considered "violent" in the state of Va) and Grand Larceny (not considered violent in the state of Va.) Again, multiple counts (I think 7 in all). Robert fostered this process along and today (well, yesterday) I am now able to once again own, carry, posses, transport and yes, USE firearms again. own, (also own, posses, carry and transport ammunition and a stun gun). I can tell you that Robert can be depended upon to help you along with your efforts in this as well!! I am giving Mr. Herron permission to contact me should you wish, as a potential client, wish to utilize his services. I say for him to contact me first as I do not want everyone knowing about my felony past so I would have to review you first. I like my privacy on this matter.
