David Benjamin Ashe

David believed in me and my Social Security Disability claim from the start! He was very thorough and kept me updated about what was happening. He prepared me very well for the hearing and was very encouraging which eased my nervousness. He was always there for me! Whenever I sent him an email or cal...led him he answered quickly. He is a great lawyer and man. Very caring and considerate. I know that even after the case is finally complete he will always answer my emails. I am so thankful God lead me to him. David is the best!!! PS....I was approved for my disability!!!

I just want to lead off with how incredibly happy I am with David and the job he has done for me thus far! I had my original VA disability claim denied years ago. I was obviously super discouraged and thought all hope was lost so I basically gave up on it. In 2018 an old battle buddy of mine linked m...e up with David. Advertised as a former Marine I knew David would be a man of integrity and a hard worker. He genuinely exceeded those expectations! In less than a years time I just did what he told me to do (write a few statements, go see some doctors etc) he got me a significant rating, monthly checks and back pay! Clearly David is extremely knowledgeable in this area of law and knows how the system works. For me that is more valuable than any other quality in a lawyer. I am extremely grateful to David and highly recommend him to anyone needing representation, especially if you are a veteran!

After listening to my issue with the VA Disability division, Mr. Ashe initiated the process of a new claim for evaulation of what I felt was an underrated total disability. Within days I was contacted by the VA and scheduled into several different clinics outside of the VA. These contracted provi...ders completed exams and my total disability claim exceeded anything that I could have fought for and achieved and Mr. Ashe is not through. Mr. Ashe intends to counter one of the percentages in a very specific area and feels 100% disability is not possible but probable.

David took my SSDI case promising its a winner case. However, he was running behind entire process and was not even able to collect my medical records on time. My hearing was postponed and soon after my claim was denied. I have been out of job for 4 years due to illness. This man does not care. Stay ...away from him.
