David Benjamin Ashe

My family's experience with David Ashe as our attorney was a complete disappointment. I kept diligent records of all our emails, even voicemails for anyone interested in the disaster of an experience I had with Ashe Law. My wife is a disabled Marine and a combat veteran that has been unable to work... since her injuries she sustained in service. We looked to David Ashe first and foremost as a former Marine to help fight her case to receive SSN benefits. It's been our experience that Marines take care of each other. At very minimum, we were confident that David Ashe would at least fight for us. We couldn't have been more wrong. My wife's case is now approaching TWO YEARS! During this time, we had with little to no follow up from David Ashe. One voicemail that I have is on May 1, 2023 of him apologizing profusely for not making his appointment with us. It was this appointment where my wife and I explained we did not feel taken care of and believed our case ultimately fell through the cracks. He admitted that he could have done a better job, and for that reason alone was why we did not fire him on the spot. We gave him another chance, which was a mistake. I have other emails of me expressing concern of how our case was being handled, only to have him placate us further. Due to how much time had elapsed, the SSN administration assigned a technical expert to review my wife's case. I spoke to David Ashe and requested a time he would be available to speak on our behalf to the SSN administration. David Ashe gave the time and date he would finally address the SSN administration on our behalf and was a no show to his own appointment. I fired him that very night. We wasted two years with this attorney. I hope other learn from my mistake and avoid Ashe Law.

David took my SSDI case promising its a winner case. However, he was running behind entire process and was not even able to collect my medical records on time. My hearing was postponed and soon after my claim was denied. I have been out of job for 4 years due to illness. This man does not care. Stay ...away from him.
