David Benjamin Ashe

I could not recommend David Ashe more. I had a complex disability case and although I was accustomed to working with Attorney's and with the Court System at a high level through my former employer, anyone can imagine how challenging it must be when managing your own case. I needed someone experience...d, knowledgeable and compassionate. It's very overwhelming to see all of your most private health details summarized much less having to talk through them with strangers at SSA and the Courts but David guided me through every step. We never had a hiccup on our side-every delay (of which there were few but to be expected) was from the SSA's side, or from my Physicians. David and or his Assistant aka 'Document Ninja': (Rhonda) were incredibly professional . I spoke with both of them on Holiday's Weekends, After Hours etc. all so they could keep my case moving. Of course I had to put in the work too but the partnership I felt was amazing - you know when someone is in your corner. And this office and Mr. Ashe and Rhonda are exemplary. I have already given this office out as a reference to someone I know who is badly in need and I know I can trust David to do them justice and give 100%. It took me on my own 40 years to go from 10% to 40% VA Disability. It took Mr. Ashe less than 4 years to get me from 40% to 100%! That should say it all! We all know you can submit irrefutable evidence that shouldn't be challengeable to the VA to prove your case, and the VA time after time rejects it. I had a letter from the VA doctor in the Hampton, VA Hospital diagnosing me and the VA rejected it meaning they don't trust their own doctors. But Mr. Ashe and Rhonda know how to quickly point out how to get them to recognize the evidence that me as a laymen could not figure out to do!
