I hired Mr. Louka without doing any research into his background or experience. I own rental property and needed an attorney to deal with litigious and vindictive tenants with a demonstrated talent for abusing the legal process to obtain free housing. These people were professional con-artists with... the appeal of “pro se” and Mr. Louka maintained a delicate balance of protecting my interests while not appearing to “bully” my tenants in court.
