Mr Kuligowski is a wonderful lawyer. I first chose him because I read a journal article he wrote on DUI laws in Norfolk. This intrigued me because it proved that he specialized in DUI law and was likely knowledgable. Throughout the preparation for my trial he remained optimistic about my case and kept me abreast of all incoming news. He prepared a number of arguments and remained in contact with me. I'm in the navy and my ship was frequently underway but Monte worked with me and conducted a number of phone conferences with me in order to save my time and money. Due to the inconsistencies in my case evidence and improper adherence to some legal procedures by the state, Monte was able to secure me a plea deal which help relieve a lot of stress before my impending deployment. If it hadn't been for Mr Kuligowski's severe attention to detail, I doubt I would have had the wonderful outcome that I did. I am appreciative of his services and can assure you that he will do whatever he can to help you. Each situation is different but Monte works to understand each detail and he prepares extensively. He is extremely knowledgable on DUI law within Virginia and that is great advantage. I would definitely recommend hiring this attorney whether you believe your case is complicated or not.

I would like to thank the legal defense team at the Monte Kuligowski legal defense office. They Took my case personally and always provided the best legal advice. Above all of that, in the end they got my charges dropped down to the lowest level and it didn't even go on my driving record! I am very thankful that I was led to this great legal team and I recommend them to everyone that has any legal needs!

I received tickets traveling out of state and was completely beside myself . I contacted Atty Monte Kuglioski of the Legal Defense Center and they were very willing to help me and not only that but they helped to ease my fears . It was such a real experience... I was treated like a person not a number. Throughout the course of the proceeding he was very knowledgeable, advised me of every step of the process and even went to court in my abscence due to my work. As soon as he returned from court he called immediately to let me know what happened ... all dismissed ! And not only that but he sounded excited ... happy for me ! In the world we live in where we are often just numbers or cases .. not people ... this was truly refreshing to be treated as though I was so much more ! Thank you so much for your services ! I know if I ever get stopped speeding again where I will be going !!!!
