By far the best

He was able to take on my case last minute and was with me every step of the way. Definitely loved that he listens to his clients and asks them what you want to do; if you want to fight the case or if you want a plea he will. Excellent attorney I highly recommend him.

Excellent Attorney

I am a 55 year old professional woman. The fact that I even needed a criminal lawyer was embarrassing, stressful, daunting and overwhelming. I discreetly filled out a request on the internet and was contacted by more attorneys than I can count. I met with several, but I knew within minutes of meeting... Nicholas that he was the lawyer I wanted to represent me. They all gave me hope, but Nicholas was more caring, personable and compassionate than all of the others combined. Not once did he make me feel like a criminal. He reassured me many times over that everything would be okay and that there was light at the end of the tunnel. Nicholas was professional, intelligent, honest, reliable, and knew the law. He communicated the facts, and all possible outcomes I would need to think about and consider. There were no surprises. Often feeling overwhelmed, I cried several times in court and he didn't hesitate to stop everything to hug me until I felt composed again. He was always respectful and the rock that I needed. Nicholas Braswell is an excellent trial lawyer and I highly recommend him to anyone needing legal services.

Speeding ticket help

Nicholas helped me with my over 80 speeding ticket. At the time that I was confused and did not know what to do with my court case, he was very quick to respond and gave great legal advise. He was there through every step of the process and made me feel comfortable and confident that the results wo...uld turn out in my favor, which they did. Nicholas gave me sound advise prior to my court case immediately after. I am very appreciative of the work he put into my case and the attention he gave me. I would definitely use him again and would recommend him to any one in the area.

Speeding ticket

Wow, Amazing ! Keep me informed throughout the entire process. His reviews speaks for his presentation. He is the reason I still have a job . My second speeding ticket . Nicholas I truly appreciate your hard work and determination!!!!!!! None of the other lawyers I spoke with prior to you was confide...nt that I could get speeding ticket dismissed.
