I have consulted weiland upton in november regarding my citation for RD 87/70 and they had explained me how they could deal with the case.But after the court date the charges was only reduced to some extent and was paying the same amount before choosing the attorney as fine to the court including the... court charges.The only thing i can be happy is in the reduction of RD to no point violation.I am only satisfied.

I received a speeding ticket for driving 90 in a 65 in Virginia. In Virginia, you can be charged for Reckless Driving if you're going 80 or over. I had an expired registration, expired inspection sticker and had lived in Maryland for over a year without getting a MD license. I hired Samantha to take care of my case.( Reckless driving). After we spoke on the phone the first time and I paid a fee( which was the highest fee of all the lawyers I've spoken to) she never got back to me about the result. And the result wasn't satisfying at all. Nothing was achieved. I got charg...ed with the reckless driving. She couldn't do a thing she promised she would do. I had a clean driving record. But I'm a florida driver. Apparently if you are not present in the court they don't really care about the result. She couldn't even call me back to explain what I should have done after. I wanted to appeal the case but never could talk to her. And I've tried to call her many times. She wasn't available since then. I would never rehire her.
