Highly Recommended

I highly recommend Bender Elliot; when I first contacted Mr. Elliot he listened to my entire situation and offered advice before any mention of a payment. My case was affected by both Covid and a change in the laws surrounding my case between court dates. Mr. Elliot stayed on top of the ever-changing... aspects of my case, showed a great understanding of the law and how to navigate the different judges and prosecutors of Hanover court system. In my opinion Mr. Elliot gave me the best possible outcome given my situation.

The courtroom presence you need

Elliot Bender is the lawyer you want should you find yourself unjustly accused in a criminal matter. His methodical and thoughtful approach to my case amassed the required evidence to disprove the charges against me. Additionally, his years of successful criminal defense provided him the intuition ...to look and investigate for evidence showing negligence on the part of my accusers, which opened a pathway to civil compensation for my losses. Elliot’s skills of examination and cross examination in the courtroom are without equal.

Excellent Criminal Defense

When my family and I contacted Mr Bender for my self-defense case, he was prompt in contacting us back, and he was able to work with my communication issues for the trial. We kept in regular contact and he gave me updates of what he and his team needed. The day of my trial came and he presented ever...y piece of evidence and utilized almost every opportunity presented to him to convey to the judge the truth of the situation and my innocence. Mr. Bender and his team gave me my life back.
