Awful

Such an unprofessional rude human. I mean with everything holy do not use her. She’s mean and hateful and not helpful. She lost things and did nothing but yell at me for literally no reason. Don’t cry in front of her or she will make you feel less than human.

Terrible. Run

Churned through retainer with zero results. Arrogant and lacking in skills. Fired her.

Very Successful in Winning My Case

I unexpectedly found myself in need of legal counsel. I learned that it is a very personal and emotional decision to find someone with whom who you feel confident in and trust with your family matters during a very stressful time. After calling and speaking with numerous attorneys in the area with ...little success, I was referred by a colleague to Jennifer Fox. In speaking directly with Ms Fox I was easily convinced that this was the attorney for my case. Ms Fox took the time to listen to my story, outlined a legal plan of action, showed professional support and when she stated that she would be happy to represent me I immediately felt comfortable, and somewhat less stressed, about my situation. Throughout the course of my case I found Ms Fox to be very articulate and well versed in the aspects of family law. Overall she is smart, focused, and dedicated to presenting the truth and the facts. I liked that she was very straightforward. Ms Fox was able to explain complicated legal matters in a way that I understood them and provided me with nothing short of very successful, professional support and guidance from beginning to end. Her Para-Legal support, Cassandra, is also very patient, knowledgeable and supportive and talked me through complicated matters several times. Jennifer Fox came highly recommended to me and I am paying the favor forward by recommending her.

Not a good choice

I retained her in 2015, 5-6 months after separation from my ex. Have been meaning to leave a review to warn others. Enough time has passed for me to calmly leave a valid review. Specifics: Pushed for discovery from me that was needless and never utilized by either attorney. When I indicate...d I needed more time and questioned the seemingly contrived urgency, she told me I "needed medication." Evidently she has medical training as well? Pushed me to agree to move out of my house and let me ex move back in. Crazy right? Turns out it was immediately prior to her "taking vacation" then switching firms upon her return. I In hindsight she was clearing her slate with sloppy, hurried work. I unfortunately allowed her to keep my file with her move. (I eventually found a great attorney at the firm from which she departed.) Refused to send an offer to my ex to buy her out of my house. Ms. Fox told me the "offer wasn't high enough." My attorney was negotiating against me it seemed. (I'm a CPA, I have a pretty good grasp on values, my ex ended up getting LESS when the house sold.) She sent a letter to my OLD address (where my ex then resided) detailing my offer and why it was not sufficient. She had my new address on file but overlooked it. Luckily the letter was forwarded to my PO box or my ex would have received it. I strongly suggested she should not charge me for this pointless letter...she didn't. Eventually I had had enough and fired her (my guess is technically we "mutually disengaged" but that was not the case. In the end I wasted many thousands of dollars. I could give more details of poor work. The divorce process can be a broken system that many attorneys use to churn hours, bill for every email (that's a joke) and burn through retainers. Don't do what I did. There are better options.

Could not be more satisfied

I am grateful to have found a lawyer who was forthcoming on matters dealing with my case. Mrs. Fox was extremely prepared when it came time to stand before a judge. I felt like she really took the time to know the details of my case. While in the courtroom she was a force. I can say without a doub...t that she cares about the outcome of her cases for the sake of her clients. Knowing that I have a lawyer that does not only fight for me but also looks out for my best interest provides me a peace of mind. There are some lawyers that tell you the truth and refocus their clients to what the realities are in their case. Then there are lawyers who would prefer to let a judge do that for them. I am pleased that Mrs. Fox is the former!
