I came to Guy Bowe because I needed advice on a variety of issues. I had a huge issue with a family trust in which the trustee was not following the rules in the trust document, and I did not know how to proceed. Guy gave me great advice that was also sensitive to the fact that this is a family matte...r and the trustee was my father. He also gave me advice regarding an estate matter/spousal lifetime trusts and how to make changes from a tax planning perspective.
