I was referred to Mr. Wade through AARP's Legal Services network, which was supposed to provide 45 minutes of free legal advice to its members. (I see that as of 7/31/16, AARP has discontinuted this service.) Mr. Wade was over 20 minutes late to his agreed-upon phone appointment, did not bother (and flate out refused) to read
the short fax I sent him the night before, gave me minimal and erroneous advice, and cut my phone call short after 18 minutes. Throughout the conversation he was impatient, and abrasive. I thought that even if he was resentful of signing up to be part of this free service to seniors, he could have at least provided some helpful advice, or admitted he was not knowledgeable. I subsequently talked to another lawyer who did read my short, 1.25-page summary, and gave me excellent advice in less than 20 minutes.
