Guy Alfred Bowe III

Guy Bowe is an associate at Wade, Grimes, Friedman, Meinken & Leischner. He specializes in the areas of estate and trust administration, estate planning, and elder law and is licensed to practice law in Virginia, Washington D.C., Maryland, and Pennsylvania. Mr. Bowe works closely with his clients to address their unique goals and circumstances, including incapacity planning, legacy planning, asset protection planning, tax planning, and Medicaid planning. Mr. Bowe takes pride in spending time to educate his clients on the legal process and infusing a sense of humor into the process of developing and reviewing legal documents with his clients.

Mr. Bowe developed his practical approach to solving client problems while working for PwC and Deloitte, where he advised multinational corporations on M&A structuring and tax planning in various international jurisdictions.

He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Alexandria Bar Association and as the Continuing Legal Education Chair.

He received his law degree from Penn State Dickinson School of Law where he received the CALI “Excellence for the Future Awards” for highest grades in: Estate Planning, Corporations, and Strategic Legal Research, among others. In Law School, Mr. Bowe clerked for the Honorable John E. Jones III of the United States District Court, Middle District of Pennsylvania.

In his spare time, Mr. Bowe enjoys aquascaping, golfing, rooting for (and being disappointed by) the Philadelphia Eagles, and volunteering with his wife, Katie, at the Animal Welfare League of Alexandria.
