As a part of our estate planning services at Wade, Grimes, Friedman, Sutter & Leischner, PLLC, we also consider the impact of federal income, estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer taxes on the transmission of wealth. We often help our clients achieve tax savings by establishing trusts for the benefit of family members. We also advise our clients about the many forms of charitable giving that may be used to reduce taxes.

Knowledgeable, Caring, and Honest
Does an "honest lawyer" exist? Mr. Friedman is such a combination. He was referred to me through my employee assistance program. For one hour's consultation, he explained a lot of things regarding elderly care. He showed an in-depth understanding of my situation and explained things in plain language. His advice is very helpful in my navigating the murky waters of dealing with different parties for my loved one's care.

Foster Friedman-Negotiations
Foster Friedman was recommended by a friend saying he was a very honorable man and knowledgeable in the service we needed. We found this to be so along with being friendly, caring and timely. We hired Foster to negotiate a settlement in an investment matter. Such things take time but Foster was persistent in the negotiations and patient with our many questions. We were in good hands and may be seeking Foster's advice on wills and trusts in the near future.
