My practice involves employment and corporate law litigation and advice and counsel throughout Virginia, Maryland, and D.C., with a particular focus upon employment law and business issues. I have litigated in courts throughout the country and have advised companies and executives in a variety of industries.  I have extensive experience concerning wage and hour, wage payment, and non-competition agreement issues.  

I have a stellar academic background, graduating from Washington and Lee University School of Law in 1999 with honors and at the top of my undergraduate class.  More than that, I have achieved excellent results for my clients and am committed to their success.

Great Representation
I hired Mr. Rhodes about an employment issue. He was very professional, responsive, honest, hardworking, and did all that he could. He also went out of his way to contact a colleague for consultation in order to address a related matter that was outside of his speciality. He had that issue resolved within 72 hours when I could not get results after 2 - 3 weeks. Unfortunately, the other party was intent on continuing to behave in an illegal and unethical way, and I had to take the case in another direction. However, Mr. Rhodes gave the best legal advice for me and returned my unused retainer. He is a very capable attorney and an honorable gentleman. He definitely earned his positive reviews here, and I would recommend him.
