Biography
Mr. Sodowsky opened his own practice in 1994 as a sole proprietorship. In December 2000, he formed the Law Office of Elden R. Sodowsky, PC, a professional corporation. From late 2001 through mid-2007, Mr. Sodowsky was a principal in the firm of Crosson & Sodowsky, PLLC. In July, 2007, the Law Office of Elden R. Sodowsky, PC was renamed the Sodowsky Law Firm, PC, which moved into its current location in November 2007.
Mr. Sodowsky brings a wide range of experiences from being an employee in a large organization to managing a staff of professionals to owning, operating and managing his own business.
Mr. Sodowsky now focuses his practice on helping businesses and individuals who have IRS tax problems, such as tax liens, unfiled tax returns, and payroll tax problems. He also continues his work of counseling and advising businesses in proper entity formation and in the maintenance of the liability protection afforded by proper business arrangements.

Nothing short of the best
