Superb assistance

After I came away from a horrid IRS tax audit, with post-divorce issues to boot, I contacted Mr. Sodowsky who helped navigate me through a payment plan and even got me some abatements from the IRS. He answered each of my questions patiently and always had time to speak with me in person when I reques...ted it. I would not hesitate to recommend him if one has had an IRS audit and now needs to address tax debt.

Elden Sodowsky Indispensible to My Business and Life

I just left another meeting with my atty, Elden Sodowsky. I am a small business man, a one man show offering business development services to local businesses and particularly those in the construction industry. I met Elden several years ago after getting a mailing from him offering services as a tax... atty. I was in bad shape having record breaking earnings in 2007 and 2008 but not managing my money very well. consiquently, when the market melted down in the end of 2008 my earnings tanked and I was defenseless against the IRS. I had been in this position many years ago and worked with a accounting firm to reach a settlement with the IRS. It was great, I ended up paying a fraction of what I owed, but they indicated that I had to stay on the straight and narrow from then on. So now it was "serious" and Elden walked through the process with me step by step. Normally a pretty well adjusted individual with advanced degrees in psychology and counseling, this was turning me into a basket case, but Elden worked with me and kept me grounded. I had let it all traumatize me so badly that on one occasion when I had to hand deliver a payment directly to the IRS, I had a panic attack in the parking lot. Not knowing what to do, I called Elden and he took the time to "talk me down" so that I could get myself in the building and make the payment. Now after a couple of years of working a payment plan (and even that has issues whenever they don't process my check correctly !!) I am in a much better situation today with my personal finances in much better order (even though I am not earning much more than half of what I made in 2008). This past weekend says it all when it comes to what I think of Elden. My wife called me in a panick saying she had just signed for 5 registered letters from the IRS. I told her that I had no idea what they were about, but I knew that if they were anything I should be worrying about, Elden would have called or emailed me ahead of time (Elden knows that I can't bring myself to open letters from the IRS) and my wife said "okay" and that was that!! She knows that Elden has our back, and there were no more worries. Today's meeting with Elden was an to go over the issue of the registered letters (again, my payment was not processed correctly) and long story short, it was/is no big deal. We truly had nothing to worry about, and if we did, Elden would have alerted me. Elden has been indespensible to my peace of mind in this matter and I would recommend him without reservation to anyone.

"I sat in several of Mr. Sodowsky's initial consultations with potential clients. I was truly impressed by the level of practical advice, insight, and comfort he offered to the individuals and business owners facing stressful tax issues. Some went home with action plans to take care of the problems on their own. Others hired him with a clear road map to resolve their tax liabilities. His existing clients and fellow attorneys are proud to know Mr. Sodowsky for his patience, integrity and thoroughness. He is the one you want to hire when you have tax problems."
