Lifesaver

After searching through several lawyers to handle my case, I came across Mr. Nolan. Over the phone I heard the confidence in his voice and instantly sought consultation through him. He explained very clearly what was happening and what to expect. Upon our proceeding, he spoke with the opposing attorn...eys pre-trial with certainty and just as much confidence as he did when we first met. I could even tell the prosecuting lawyer was a bit intimidated by his presence. It was very relieving to watch him at work. During the trial, he asked very direct and hard hitting questions that weakened the prosecution. I don't endeavor in felonious activities. However, if I ever find myself in the situation I found myself in recently, I know exactly who to call. 10/10 highly recommend

I was facing DUI charges as well as Refusal of test charges and searched the Internet for a lawyer, where I found Mr. Nolan. After meeting with Scott, I was immediately relieved and could tell I was in good hands. He is well educated with the science behind what goes on with DUI charges. He fought f...or me and the charges were completely dismissed. He is the best, and I would recommend him to anyone facing criminal charges

Outcomes matter most.

Scott effectively pursued a few different defense strategies until one course became the strongest. Scott was excellent on his feet on the day of court effectively negotiating a settlement that worked well for me. He did not proactively call but was always responsiveness if I inquired.

genuine and informative

I have hired Scott to represent me on two cases. I found him to be very knowledgeable with the dui laws in Virginia. It appeared he regularly attended conferences in order to keep up with the ever changing laws. Scott informed me of all possible outcomes. He sat me down beforehand and would let me kn...ow various scenarios, and extra steps we could take for my defense, like hiring expert witnesses. He may not have gotten me the sentence I wished for (to get off free), but I definitely think he got me the best one he could given my circumstances. He comes highly recommended in my book. He is readily available to answer any questions you may have. I even asked him for advice with a case not relevent to his jurisdiction or dui s for that matter and he recommended an attorney to speak with. Very reliable and I would use him again.

My experience being represented by Scott Christopher Nolan, A+

I would like to extend a big thank you to Mr. Nolan, who represented me during my first (and only I might add) criminal charge. As one might expect, I was nervous, confused and clueless about what to expect from this type of process. More importantly, I feared the negative impact the charges would ha...ve on my current and future career prospects. Mr. Nolan took the time to thoroughly answer all questions I had. At a time when I was at the edge of my seat in anticipation of this process being over, he responded to my emails and phone calls within very reasonable periods of time. Knowing that there was someone out there working for me and making himself available to me when needed, definitely calmed my nerves. While I have nothing to compare his services to, I genuinely felt that Mr. Nolan went the extra mile to reassure me that everything would work out and provided moral support throughout the stressful process. The outcome of my case was favorable, which of course is the most important aspect of a review. And so, after enough time had passed, and I became eligible to initiate a hearing to have my charge expunged, I did not hesitate to call Mr. Nolan to again for representation! I am generally not the type to write a review, however Mr. Nolan truly deserves a thank you for his efforts and successes with my case.
