Nicholas Solan represented my family in a visitation hearing on Dec 18, 2019. The case involved my Grandson’ s mother requesting court ordered visitation with him after 5 years. My husband, son, and I share full physical and legal custody of my grandson since 2014 after the mother failed to appear i...n court on 3 separate occasions. I was a defendant in a change of custody trial which was to begun 10:00 AM on July 13, 2016. I met Mr. Solan first time on Tuesday, July 12, 2016 at 11:15 AM alongside his partner Mr. Jacob Alzamora. They reviewed my case and decided to take the case at around 1:00 PM. They spent next 4 hours ...or so to review the documents I had provided to them and also sent an associate to the Court house for additional documents to understand the case. We met at the Court house the next day at around 9:45 AM. The trial began at around 11:45 AM due to plaintiff not arranging the Court reporter ahead of time where Mr. Solan stepped in and arranged the reporter. At the trial by the end of the first day the Plaintiff and 5 other witnesses testified against me where it seemed like I stood no chance at all but for some reason Mr. Solan was calm. Next day, Thursday July 14, 2016 at around 9:15 AM Mr. Solan move the Court to dismiss the case with a extremely compelling and undeniable defense the Honorable Judge dismissed the case by 9:45 AM. It is important to note the opposing counsel had over 60 years of experience in the same Court house and extremely famous in family law and has a reputation of not losing a case was accompanied by an associate. In conclusion Mr. Solan was my David in David & Goliath match. Certain things to remember when dealing with Mr. Solan, be extremely honest about everything even if you have done something wrong. Also he WILL ask you to be 100% honest in your testimony. I have had several lawyers in my case in the past but Mr. Solan is different breed, he actually listens to you and actually cares. I would HIGHLY recommend Mr. Solan and his partner Mr. Alzamora in any legal situation.
