Awesome!

Mark is a no BS guy who knows the system and gets the job done. Three minor BS charges were dropped and expunged thanks to his counsel and service. My only critique is he was was short and dismissive with answers to my questions about the charges and process, but I realize it's because he is confiden...t in what he does and doesn't want to hold his clients' hands through the process. Get out of the way and let him work. You will be pleased.

The Best Lawyer and Staff - Charges Dismissed. Complete Package

The Best Lawyer and Staff - Charges Dismissed. I found myself charged with a misdemeanor that could be elevated to a felony charge. My career that I worked so hard for was in jeopardy as well as my family life. After researching lawyers in the area I and found that Mark was rated the best. So I hire...d him and was so glad I did. He is truly a fighter. He is sincere, honest, and aggressive and actually cares about his clients. I explained my situation, the importance of my career and that if I was convicted my family would fall apart. He was able to get my charges completely dismissed with certain conditions in a extremely difficult county. After my court date, I was so thankful. It was as if a miracle just happened. My charges were dismissed and I was able to keep my job. Mark is a truly talented lawyer and I would recommend him over any other lawyer. He is truly a life saver. I even went back to him to have the charge expunged from my criminal record to avoid having any potential issues in the future. His paralegal, Christina, was so informative and polite. She kept me updated throughout my ENTIRE expungement process and I never was left questioning “what’s next”. The Dycio & Biggs firm is a very well rounded law office.

Most Terrible Law Firm

I am only writing this so others can make an unbiased opinion. Unlike what others may have stated, my experience with this firm has been terrible. Mark may be a good Attorney for DUI and other Traffic related offenses but for handling Criminal Defense he is definitely not the man, besides being ex...pensive and making wrong excess charges you never agreed to and were not aware of he is not out there for you in these matters. Mark Dycio of course is the first person to come meet and talk with you up until you have made all the payments. After you have made your payments, his role ends, he rarely responds to emails and is unaware of what is going on with your case. A few days before your case is to come up for hearing Mark will send out an email letting you know that something has come up either with his parents or his wife or kids and that he will not be in Court and one of his juniors, he refers to as partners, will be there in Court to represent you. This so called partner will email you a couple of days before the Court Date asking you to come into their office the day before the Court Date to discuss the case and that is all the time they will spend and they, his juniors, will decide what the best plea you would possible get even before the trial and will tell you that to set your low expectations in advance. They thrust it down your throat, what they want to do and what they want YOU to do. Not what is right or what should be done. They don't care whether you are going to be jailed or if your life will become miserable after that, no, they just don't care and all they care about is money which they have already pocketed. So yes, I am sure others who have dealt with this firm have had similar experiences. The difference might be in the expectations already set with the clients which probably left them happy. But for me I am knowledgeable in law but do not have a law degree so I hired them but they just did not do the right thing. First promising to represent me and a few days before the Court date telling me he was not available and assigning a junior to represent me leaving me dry, was not an ethical thing in my opinion to do by Mark Dycio. I just wish Mark Dycio had been more open from the beginning telling me he would not be able to represent me and one of his firm's attorney's instead would represent me, giving me an opportunity to choose between this firm or seeking out another attorney, instead of telling me at the last minute and leaving me without options to consider another attorney more experienced who would have gotten me the results I really deserved.

Rock Star

I hired Mr. Dycio as legal representation for a DWI charge on the recommendation of someone I trust. During the consultation, Mr. Dycio was very transparent about the legal process. He already knew what actions would be necessary and moved swiftly. I immediately recognized his experience and expertis...e. During the process, Mr. Dycio was very professional and confident. Everything he said during the initial consultation turned out true. His knowledge of the legal system is extremely thorough. When the case had to go to trial, I was slightly nervous. However, I knew I had the best DWI lawyer in Fairfax. After meeting with the prosecutor for 30 seconds, Mr. Dycio entered the courtroom and got the case dismissed. He made it look easy. Mr. Dycio has a great reputation for his work. I talked to many peers prior to my hearing and heard nothing but positive statements about his results. Mr. Dycio will undoubtedly produce the best possible results for your individual case. As he was highly recommended to me, I would also highly recommend Mr. Dycio to anyone needing legal assistance.

Mark Dycio is a fighter!!!

I hired Mark to represent me for a first time DWI charge. I thought my situation was dire and not much could be done. I felt that my case was black and white with not many options. I was hoping to get a reduction to the charges and some leniency from the court since it was my first offense. I bel...ieved that would be my best result. When I first met Mark for the consultation he told me nothing but hard facts with no sugar coating. He explained to me the different types of scenarios that could occur in my case. I appreciated his directness and down to business attitude. On the court date I received an offer for a reduced sentence with no jail time. Mark could have accepted the deal but insisted that he could get a better outcome in court. Mark Dycio fought relentlessly and was successful in court. He successfully got the whole DWI charge dismissed and I was able to expunge the charge from my record. I thank Mark for his hard work and would recommend him to anyone who needs professional legal services. Mark is a fighter and is relentless in trying to get the best possible outcome for his clients. Thank You Mark!

"I am a lawyer with the same practice as Mark. I have observed him in action, in and out of the courtroom, and i am awed by his overall skills. In the courtroom there is none better. Mark knows the law and will never back down to a Judge or a prosecutor in the zealous representation of his clients. When there are legal problems, in my practice, I turn to Mark Dycio. Mark resolves them without hesitation. If I was personally in need of a lawyer I would hire Mark Dycio. He is a lawyer's lawyer, and sometimes a magician!!!"

Criminal defense lawyer | Aug 19

Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community

"Mark is a highly accomplished and seasoned criminal defense and commercial lawyer. A skillful negotiator and masterful litigator, he comes ready to fight. Mark never shirks from the opportunity to take a case to trial. The demeanor, confidence, and wit he exhibits in the courtroom are impressive. Thinking on his feet is second nature and his instincts are right on. He is adept at challenging evidence and witness, and developing new arguments. It is one thing to win a case with good facts, but "making something out of nothing" in a case with facts not so favorable to your client requires a special set of skills and talent."
