Mark Roman Dycio

For context I am a young girl and Mark took advantage of that. He charged an insane amount to help me with my wreckless ticket but I agreed to it so that’s on me. When I met him at court he lied to me and told me that he could get it off my record and all I had to pay was court fees. He told me word ...for word that it won’t be on my record. I was so relieved and happy I thought I got off scott free. Later on I go and check my public records and I admitted guilty to failure to pay attention. I’m not mad that I got that charge but I’m mad that he lied to my face and had me sign something that I didn’t know what I was signing for. Then, many months later after my court case maybe 6 months have gone by and he told me that I never paid him and that he will be taking legal action against me, a very threatening message out of the blue. I showed him my bank statement of me paying him before we even went to court and he didn’t even have the decency to respond.

Mr Dycio without a doubt is the best lawyer I have ever retained. I was accused by the commonwealth for a variety of criminal and traffic matters that if found guilty would seriously hinder my career and studies. Mr Dycio from our initial meeting left no doubt in my mind that I was in good hands. I c...onsulted with multiple lawyers before meeting with Mr Dycio, some asking almost double what he asked for the same cases. I was not at all looking for a good deal, but for the best attorney. I had been told by many people of Mr Dycios reputation as the best; Mr Dycio personifies everything you expect from an attorney, he will not sugar coat anything, he will not hold your hand. Although he may not be easy to get a hold of, everyone in his office are extremely pleasant to deal with, and ensure messages reach Mr Dycio, he reaches back out personally very promptly. Every question I had for Mr Dysio was answered correctly and professionally, however always with an undertone of "let me do my job" and that is truly all you need to do. Pay Mr Dysio, and sit back. Mr Dysio represented me for 4 cases, and got 4 dismissals. I will never hire another attorney again. Mr Dysio is a legend in the court house, and rightfully so.

In the beginning of this year my life has turned upside down due to a DUI charge. I have never thought I would be in a position like this and it was the worst experience I have ever faced. I have never got in trouble with the law until my charge and I pray to never be in a position like this again. W...ith intensive research and learning of the seriousness of my charge I did not realize how major this crime is. As I began to search for lawyers to defend me in court, Mark Roman Dycio was the first name to pop up and I began to review his credentials. After reading through all the reviews I was certainly impressed and decided to contact him for a free consultation. I have also interviewed two other lawyers but was not very confident in thier response. I have received different feedback from all 3 lawyers but by far Mr. Dycio response was the most confident. Since I am a college student with not much income, money is very tight for me. Mr. Dycio's quote was a bit high for me compared to the other two lawyers so it was a difficult choice for me to make. So after a couple of days of deciding which lawyer to choose, I decided to go with my gut instinct which was Mr. Dycio and by far the BEST DECISION I have EVER MADE in my life. He was also very generous in working with me on a payment plan taking into consideration of my financial status. Mr. Dycio might come across to some as rude and arrogant but in this business that is exactly what is needed in this line of work. From the beginning, Mr. Dycio was very straight to the point and does not have time for BS. He will not hold your hand and baby you throughout this process so don't expect to be pampered. He tells you as it is and is very straight forward having dealt with this process countless times. Throughout the process, while nervously awaiting my trial date, the only flaw i would say is that there was not much communication from him with the status on my case. He has just told me to arrive to court on trial date, and to sit and wait for him. With being extremely depressed and worrying about the consequences which could greatly affect my future if not given a positive outcome, unlucky for me, my trial date was right in the middle of finals week for school. It was very difficult for me to keep focus on school with my case on the back of my mind. On the day of my trial I arrive to court on time and at the location directed. I meet with Mr. Dycio and he briefly explains to me the next step of the process. He then asks me why I'm so quite and i tell him its because of how nervous I am. He then told me to sit back and relax and wait for him for further directions. With no way of relaxing even with his supreme confidence, I nervously sit thinking of all the possible outcomes and was not sure of what's to lie in front of me. As time slowly passes, I suddenly see Mr. Dycio walking towards me. He then asks me how I'm feeling and I respond " the same very nervous". He then ask me with these exact words from his mouth " What do you get when you hire the BEST lawyer in town". Me being speechless and without a second to intake his question, he then say's " Your case is DROPPED so sign this paper and your good to go". At that instant I was so ecstatic that words can't even describe how I was feeling. All my worries have dropped and I have been given a second chance to breathe and live life normally again. I shook Mr. Dycio hand and could not even express how greatly I appreciated him. I am truly grateful for everything Mr. Dycio has done and he was worth every single penny. I have truly learned a life awakening lesson and this was by far the worst experience and the most expensive mistake of my life. For anyone in the need of legal help I HIGHLY recommend Mark Roman Dycio to represent you in your situation. He is truly a great man and with his supreme confidence and superior intellect and knowledge he will fight to bring you the BEST possible results.

The Best Lawyer and Staff - Charges Dismissed. I found myself charged with a misdemeanor that could be elevated to a felony charge. My career that I worked so hard for was in jeopardy as well as my family life. After researching lawyers in the area I and found that Mark was rated the best. So I hire...d him and was so glad I did. He is truly a fighter. He is sincere, honest, and aggressive and actually cares about his clients. I explained my situation, the importance of my career and that if I was convicted my family would fall apart. He was able to get my charges completely dismissed with certain conditions in a extremely difficult county. After my court date, I was so thankful. It was as if a miracle just happened. My charges were dismissed and I was able to keep my job. Mark is a truly talented lawyer and I would recommend him over any other lawyer. He is truly a life saver. I even went back to him to have the charge expunged from my criminal record to avoid having any potential issues in the future. His paralegal, Christina, was so informative and polite. She kept me updated throughout my ENTIRE expungement process and I never was left questioning “what’s next”. The Dycio & Biggs firm is a very well rounded law office.

I am only writing this so others can make an unbiased opinion. Unlike what others may have stated, my experience with this firm has been terrible. Mark may be a good Attorney for DUI and other Traffic related offenses but for handling Criminal Defense he is definitely not the man, besides being ex...pensive and making wrong excess charges you never agreed to and were not aware of he is not out there for you in these matters. Mark Dycio of course is the first person to come meet and talk with you up until you have made all the payments. After you have made your payments, his role ends, he rarely responds to emails and is unaware of what is going on with your case. A few days before your case is to come up for hearing Mark will send out an email letting you know that something has come up either with his parents or his wife or kids and that he will not be in Court and one of his juniors, he refers to as partners, will be there in Court to represent you. This so called partner will email you a couple of days before the Court Date asking you to come into their office the day before the Court Date to discuss the case and that is all the time they will spend and they, his juniors, will decide what the best plea you would possible get even before the trial and will tell you that to set your low expectations in advance. They thrust it down your throat, what they want to do and what they want YOU to do. Not what is right or what should be done. They don't care whether you are going to be jailed or if your life will become miserable after that, no, they just don't care and all they care about is money which they have already pocketed. So yes, I am sure others who have dealt with this firm have had similar experiences. The difference might be in the expectations already set with the clients which probably left them happy. But for me I am knowledgeable in law but do not have a law degree so I hired them but they just did not do the right thing. First promising to represent me and a few days before the Court date telling me he was not available and assigning a junior to represent me leaving me dry, was not an ethical thing in my opinion to do by Mark Dycio. I just wish Mark Dycio had been more open from the beginning telling me he would not be able to represent me and one of his firm's attorney's instead would represent me, giving me an opportunity to choose between this firm or seeking out another attorney, instead of telling me at the last minute and leaving me without options to consider another attorney more experienced who would have gotten me the results I really deserved.
