I didn't know what to do about the sudden car accident, but I was introduced to David Marks office by an Insurance Agent. Thank you very much for your kind, detailed, and quick resolution from start to finish, and I strongly recommend it because there shouldn't be a car accident, but not everyone can avoid it. Amazing expertise, empathy and service
Mr. Marks helped me navigate the after-effects of a bad hit and run accident. My own insurance company was completely unwilling to pay for any significant portion of the damages that I suffered. I turned to Mr. Marks and his team/staff who were, frankly, incredible in all aspects of explaining to me the dynamics of my case, being extraordinarily responsive to me questions, and expertly engaging on my behalf with the insurance company. I am a 100% disabled vet and have never been supported so well.

Excellent Attorney!
I was involved in a car accident a few months ago which totaled my car and left me with back/neck pain. David Marks was amazing. I received a higher settlement than I was expecting. Having them handle my case took a lot of stress off of myself.

Mr. Marks was very professional and patient throughout the entire process, I had an accident at grocery store parking lot and it was not an easy case but it was worth waiting thru pandemic because the result was favorable. Everyone including the staffs were very nice.

My husband told me to consult lawyer David Marks after I was involved in a very bad car accident. He listened to my concerns, explained the details of my case regarding insurance, medical billing, and all of the things I never thought of. I was in my first minor but kind of major accident last November. Being that this was my first time I wasn't sure how to handle the whole situation. I had an impression that hiring an attorney would make the process more complicated which in reality it was completely the opposite. David Marks helped make the whole process smooth and easy. The burden of having to get treatment, fix my car, deal with insurance company was off my shoulders.
