Hardest working attorney in town!
This seemed to be an open and shut case and I thought there was no way out of this one. DUI 2nd offense with high BAC and a totaled car on top of that. Thankfully no injuries. They rejected the plea offer and took it to bench trial. Thank god they did that because as it turns out the arresting ...
