Biography
When you are in a legal dispute you need to be represented by someone with experience. This is no time for on-the-job training. I have represented corporate and individual clients involved in business disputes and domestic relations disputes in Virginia and Maryland since 1977. My experience is in a wide range of litigation and negotiation experience in these areas.
I make every effort to resolve a dispute without litigation. However, when litigation is required, it is aggressively, but ethically, represented in my clients' interests while always remaining open to reaching an amicable agreement. This is particularly true in domestic relations cases where positions may have hardened and emotions are high.
In your first meeting you can expect a candid discussion of the issues of your case and an estimate of the fees and costs anticipated. All client information is kept in strict confidence. I will personally handle all matters in your case that involve professional judgment.

Very good communicator of information
Mr. Crosson helped my company litigate a suit involving a customer who was unwilling to satisfy a contract debt. He was open about all possibilities and the resulting issues with proceeding to court. Though a long process, he kept things moving and ended up winning the judgement.
