Very good communicator of information

Mr. Crosson helped my company litigate a suit involving a customer who was unwilling to satisfy a contract debt. He was open about all possibilities and the resulting issues with proceeding to court. Though a long process, he kept things moving and ended up winning the judgement.

Experienced and GOOD!

Ken handled my divorce as well as a couple of other legal matters. I recall my now ex got some young hot-shot attorney with no experience and I sourced to Ken as my attorney. Ken knows the law and remained un-waivered with his commitment to my case. As Ken says, no one really wins in a divorce ...but I got what I was pursuing. Remember this: Ken does not promote legal threats; what he says he will do is what he does! He is a rock-solid guy and I would hire him again!

Solid advice & Experienced

I used Ken as my divorce attorney. His guidance through unnecessarily contentious litigation enabled me to make my way through this rough period in my life. Ken's reputation and experience with the Fairfax County judge pool led to quick resolutions of issues. He was able to succinctly wade through... opposing council bluster with sound legal references. Ken was the calm in the middle of a storm.

Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter

"I endorse this lawyer. Ken and I have been opposing counsel many times in the last 30 years. He is unfailingly honest, ethical and hard working for his clients and I value his point of view so highly that I often call him to "brainstorm" problems I am having with my own cases. He is a lawyer's idea of a good lawyer!"

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
