Good Guy & Good Lawyer

I got stopped for reckless driving in Fairfax. I know that it's not the most serious offense in the world, but I was still pretty scared once I read up on it online. So I immediately did a search for traffic attorneys in Fairfax and found Mr. Ervin. He met with me for over an hour, explained how t...he court system handles reckless driving cases, and things that I should do prior to my case. I really think he cared about my case. We got it reduced to just a traffic infraction, so I don't have a criminal record.

Happy That I Hired Him!

After I got a reckless driving charge in Fairfax for driving over 90mph, I got a ton of mailings from attorneys in the area and they all scared me to death. They all claimed that I was facing jail time and having my license suspension. I decided to look on Avvo rather than use any of those mailings... and I found Justin Ervin. He was great! He put me at ease immediately, explained to me what was going to happen and what was a likely outcome for my case. He was a true professional and didn't use scare tactics.

Really Hardworking Attorney

He may be sort of a quiet guy, but the guy just works really, really hard. He's always working to get a hold of prosecutors, and review evidence, think of motions to draft, and all that. He kept me up to date on my drug distribution charge, and when we ended up going to trial, he kept me very calm ...and collected. I'm glad that I decided to hire him.

He has my endorsement!

Mr. Ervin asked if I would write a review for him and I was more than happy to! He was such a great attorney. I was charged with reckless driving in Fairfax county - which I didn't know was as serious as it was until I went online. I started freaking out a little, but after speaking to Justin for ...almost 45 minutes, I was very much at ease and the panic was gone. He took care of the case, got it reduced to a 5mph over speeding ticket and I was thrilled! Hopefully I never get find myself needing a criminal defense attorney again, but if I do I will call Justin Ervin.

Great Reckless Driving Lawyer

I got reckless driving for being clocked at 85mph. After my free consultation, I hired Justin Ervin as my attorney because I found him extremely impressive and seemed to actually care about my case. His rate was very reasonable for the area. The charge ended up getting reduced to a very low speedi...ng ticket, which was way better than I was expecting! I recommend him.
