Good Guy & Good Lawyer

I got stopped for reckless driving in Fairfax. I know that it's not the most serious offense in the world, but I was still pretty scared once I read up on it online. So I immediately did a search for traffic attorneys in Fairfax and found Mr. Ervin. He met with me for over an hour, explained how t...he court system handles reckless driving cases, and things that I should do prior to my case. I really think he cared about my case. We got it reduced to just a traffic infraction, so I don't have a criminal record.

Great Traffic Lawyer

I hired Justin Ervin for my reckless driving case. I found him on Avvo and I read through a lot of profiles. Although I called several attorneys, Mr. Ervin was one of the few that actually called me back. At his office, I could tell that he had a ton of cases that he was working on, but he made ti...me to walk me through how the case was going to proceed and what our options were. My charge was reduced just just failure to pay full time and attention and I was very happy.

Recommended Attorney For Drug Cases

I was charged with Possession of Marijuana With Intent to Distribute in Fairfax Virginia. I met with I think 6 different attorneys before I decided to hire Justin Ervin. I picked him because, first I never felt rushed during our meeting, and second he explained very clearly how he wanted to handle ...my case. Although we were offered a pretty good plea deal, we ended up trying the case and won. Very happy!

Very Impressive Attorney

This is my second time hiring Mr. Ervin. The first time, I hired Mr. Ervin for a reckless driving charge, but this time it was for a much more serious DUI charge. I was really really upset and afraid of going to jail. Justin calmed me down and told me that he would take care of it. Because I knew... how he handled my reckless driving case, I felt more relieved. I ended getting a deal with no jail time, and I will definitely call Mr. Ervin again if I ever get into a messy situation again!

Excellent Reckless Driving Attorney

For the firs time in my life, I was pulled over by the police. I got a reckless driving charge and was freaking out. I called 3 or 4 attorneys before speaking to Mr. Ervin. The other attorneys barely seemed to care of listen. But Justin Ervin spent 40 minutes on the phone with me and put me compl...etely at ease. I was very very happy with the result of the case and will definitely hire him again if I need his help.
