Although we werent able to move forward because of certain stipulations on my end, she was very professional and insightful to what I should do prior..and it was successf...ul. Almost a year ago I was rear ended on my way to work. It was traumatic and painful. Attorney Davis was among the lawyers I contacted. After consulting with a few of them, which included a big name firm , I decided to go with the GDH law firm. I was not disappointed. During our first meeting, I met with Attorney Davis and her legal assistant who reviewed the process, fees and expressed a sincere desire in me getting well. She immediately set up my first therapy visit and regularly checked in to see how things were progressing. When I expressed a desire to see a different therapist she quickly responded with recommended practices as options. Attorney Davis was always upfront, transparent and sincere in getting the settlement she felt I deserved. She negotiated with remarkable expertise and in the end my settlement was more than we anticipated. Our last conversation was bitter sweet. We talked on the phone to celebrate our victory, but recognized that after almost a year of contact, therapies, and updates we'd come to the end of the road. While I hope to never be involved in another accident...I would not hesitate to call Gwen if needed. It was as good of an experience as you could have, given the situation. Attorney Davis is highly recommended.
