I Recommend Him!

I recommend this attorney! I hired Mr. Ervin for my Fairfax County possession of marijuana charge and he helped get the charged dropped. He did a good job! I recommend him to anyone that is charged with marijuana crimes in Fairfax.

Trustworthy Attorney!

This is a guy that you want on your side. He doesn't talk down to you like some other attorneys or force you into bad plea deals, but he just works with you. It was nice knowing that he was handling everything. I hired Mr. Ervin for my Fairfax DUI case and was very happy with the result. He knows... what he's doing!

HIghly Recommended DUI Lawyer

I hired Mr. Evin to help me with a DUI charge that I received in Fairfax, Virginia. Before I hired him, I spoke to 5 or 6 other attorneys, and was really disappointed in the lack of interest they seemed to have. It felt like I was being rushed along. That wasn't the case with Mr. Ervin. We discus...sed my case at length, and he made me very comfortable. After I hired him, he was always available to answer my calls or emails and kept me up to date on everything. He ended up getting my charge reduced and I was very, very happy with the outcome. I will be referring him to my friends.

Very Happy Client! Mr. Ervin Treats You Like a Friend, Not a Client.

I hired Mr. Evin to help me with a DUI charge that I was facing in Fairfax. I've never been stopped by the police in my life and I had absolutely no idea what I was getting into. I think my initial phone consultation with Mr. Ervin lasted nearly an hour - far more than any other attorney gave me.... He never cut me off, he let me vent and explain my story, and he listened. I could tell that he cared about my case and that I wasn't just another file. I ended up hiring Mr. Ervin after that consultation and his defense was outstanding. Mr. Ervin never promised me anything except his effort, and that's what I got. We ultimately got the charge dismissed and didn't have to take the plea deals that some other attorneys I spoke to told me was probably going to be the result. I would definitely recommend Mr. Ervin!

Excellent Lawyer!

I recently hired Justin Ervin to defendant me in my possession of marijuana case in Prince William. What can I say, Justin Ervin is one of the most impressive young men I have ever met. He is passionate and confident! He truly cares about people and justice and he loves the law. You can see it in hi...s eyes when he talks about it.
