Jad Najate Sarsour

I went through over 6 months of hell with the Fairfax County court system and Jad Sarsour made me feel confident throughout the process. He definitely has a great eye for the smallest detail that can save your case. In addition, he's very easy to work with since he connects with people of all age, so... explaining your case with him won't be of any difficulty. I highly reccommend him to any person who is scared and confused and is looking for a great lawyer.

I rated Jad Sarsour at five stars and rated him Excellent in every category because he did exactly what he told me he would do. This was the first time I'd hired a lawyer, so I was hesitant but I didn't want to risk the consequences if the ridiculous charge wasn't dropped. It could have effected my p...rofessional licenses not to mention business contracts, etc. Due to frustration with a different Law Firm, I spoke with Jad at the last minute, as in 4:30 p.m. the day before my 9:30 a.m. Court date. He informed me that, while he could not guarantee the result I was looking for, he felt confident that he could get the Class 2 traffic misdemeanor I was being charged with dropped and reduced to a few lesser fines. This was exactly what I had hoped for as a best case scenario. He was very knowledgeable of the Fairfax County Court, the prosecution, as well as the Officer involved. He even described exactly what the Officer looked like just from his name, and shared his opinion of him, which was very accurate.... Without knowing I had talked to other attorneys, he warned me that they would charge me a lot more money, (3 x's his fee, actually) tell me I had to be there physically (even though I live 10 hours away), and generally try to scare me to death. He was dead on the money. That's exactly what they had already done. Furthermore, I half expected a continuance which any attorney could easily use as a means of making more money as it would require another attorney fee, but was pleasantly surprised to find that everything was handled on the same day for a very reasonable fee. (I couldn't have made the trip for the amount I paid him) In the end, I was able to pay my fines and move on with my life. Jad is a no-nonsense straight shooter, who was willing to aggressively stand up for my side of the story and was not intimidated by the prosecutor or the angry and unreasonable officer, which is exactly the kind of attorney YOU want to represent you. Jad called me immediately after court to tell me my results and I appreciated that. The first time I met with Mr. Jad Sarsour I knew that he would be the one attorney that would salvage my case and clear my name. I had never committed a crime in my 57 years and had a clean record until I was falsely charged with felony domestic violence. My first attorney brought my case through sev...eral court proceedings in the previous 4 months with each step costing me more money and little evidence of progress. Although Mr. Sarsour did not have access to the complete file on my case, he was quickly able to build a strong argument by reviewing the most pertinent information on file and by a thorough interview with me. In a single, brief meeting with the Commonwealth Attorney, he presented my case and was able to get the charge dismissed and my record completely cleared. This was despite my having wasted valuable time with my first attorney leaving Mr. Sarsour only 2 weeks to get up to speed and prepare his argument, getting my case dismissed just 3 days before the jury trial date. I found him to be very forthcoming as he answered every question I asked and kept me fully informed about every new development, explaining the significance of the more obscure legal points. I believe that Mr. Sarsour is well on his way to building a stellar career in criminal law and that he is a superstar in the making.

i had hopes that Jad would get my criminal charges drop to misdemeanor, when i met with him He say is not impossible to have the charges dismissed i want to win for you and get this off your record, he understood that a criminal record could prevent me from getting a citizenship in the future and he ...deliver more than what He had promise, He did an excellent job keep me inform was very clear and forward which i really like, and best of all work with the persecutor and got all my charges dismissed. i would recommend Him.
