I began researching lawyers on google. After calling 4 other attorney offices, I called Jad. Right away, he answered the phone. He was friendly, polite, humorous and the very first attorney I had spoken to on the phone. Even though I couldn’t pay a dollar when we initially talked, he helped me thro...ugh the process and even spoke to the detective in charge of my case. Jad Sarsour and First Point Law Group did an outstanding job for me. I had a 76/55 (76 mph in 55 mph zone) speeding ticket. Had I just paid it, I would have had 9 points and the traffic violation would have stayed on my record for 5 years. Jad knows the courts, knows the people, and knows the syst...em. I was on trial today for DWI in Loudoun County. My attorney was Jad Sarsour, am I ever glad I picked him over the five attorneys that I initially interviewed. Jad made three motions for suppression and successfully had the blood test suppressed. In actuality I feel that he was successful on all three... motions but the judge and I differed on the outcome. I could tell the judge was impressed with Mr. Sarsour and he stated so after his decision. Because of Mr. Sarsour's superior attention to detail he was able to prove that the chain of custody by the police was compromised. The judge was left with no other choice but to ignore the blood drawn for the police by the hospital. I highly recommend Jad Sarsour, because of Jad, I did not receive any jail time when there would have been a mandatory minimum of 10 days had the suppression failed.
