Reckless driving defense

Mr Garrett Green is the most qualified, excellent and top- notch defense attorney. I was charged with reckless driving and improper stop on interstate highway, so I talked to many lawyers and Mr Green Garrett was the one who knew what he was talking about and had fully knowledge of the rules and mat...ters. So I hired him and he was able to dismiss one of the ticket and the reckless driving charge was reduced to speeding spending. I'm very satisfied with outcome. The firm is handling your case properly,I recommend him, you definitely going to be in safe hands if you have him as your case lawyer.

Reckless Driving

Mr. Green was awesome! I've never gotten a reckless driving ticket before, never been to court and didn't know how strict VA was with these cases. They sent emails to let me know what to do and Mr. Green answered all the questions that I had. I basically just sat back and they handled the rest. I was... ticketed for 92/55 and ended up having the charge reduced to a traffic infraction and had to pay $250 + court fees. I would recommend him to anyone. He knows the system, experienced and he's a cool guy.

Speeding Ticket 54/35 Herndon VA

While driving on the Sunrise Valley in Herndon, VA, I was charged with a speeding ticket (54mph in a 35mph zone) and was really stressed out about it. I researched and found out that Virginia has gotten really strict on the VA speeding ticket laws and also has increased points charged on your driver... license for speeding violation. I was really confused because I did not know if I should go in defend myself or retain a lawyer. I went to avvo.com and saw really good reviews about Mr. Garrett Green. So, I contacted Mr. Green for free consultation, he was very personable, professional and thorough that put me at ease. He told me what will be his game plan for the case, what potential judgments to expect and what judgment would be fair to accept. After the discussion, I felt I was in a good hand and I decided to retain him as my lawyer. I did not even have to go in and he was able to get my charge reduced to a failure to obey the highway. My fine including court fees was $120.00. Go Mr. Green!!!!

Reckless Driving (82/55)

On May 28, 2015 in Fairfax County General District Court you had a hearing regarding your charge of Reckless Driving (82/55). After taking your case to trial, the Court agreed to reduce your charge of Reckless Driving (82/55) to a Speeding (74/55) conviction. Therefore, you were not convicted of a... Criminal Misdemeanor, but only a simple traffic infraction! MR.GREEN Did a fantastic Job on my case, he was very knowledgeable, friendly, and what he said he was going to do, is what he did.
