Reckless Driving charge to an Improper Driving conviction!

I was charged with a driving too fast for roadway conditions after recently moving to Virginia. After searching the internet I found a youtube video by Nichols & Green, PLLC talking about traffic law. I did not hesitate to give them a call. They took the time to explain what I was charged with and th...e consequence this could have on my future...I'm only 23. I quickly started collecting all the documents and sent them their way. Long story short they were able to get my reckless driving charge to an improper driving conviction. I will forever be grateful for what Mr. Green was able to do for me. Please if you are ever in a similar situation don't hesitate to give them a call. They will fight for you!

Reckless Criminal Misdemeanor reduced to Speeding 85/40

I researched a lot of firms to represent me and found the great firm of Nichols and Green. They were very knowledgable about what was needed to produce the best outcome. They were very responsive to my communication and presented all the variable outcomes. Mr. Green recognized me through the corona 1...9 mask at the courthouse and calmly explained how he was going to run his plan. Knowing the players changes ones strategy and Mr. Green knew we were up against the more strict Judge that handles cases in Arlington. When Mr. Green begain speaking I could instantly see his talent, experience, and knowledge on full display. There should be higher levels of title in where he should be adorned Χρυσόστομο. I would not have been surprised if one of the clerks said "You can't handle the truth" under her breath. He managed to reduce a Reckless Criminal Misdemeanor to a Speeding violation with a $250 plus court fees. Extremely satisfied with the outcome and would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

You know, when ever you get a speeding ticket or reckless driving ticket, you mail box will be flooded. That is what happened in my case as well. You will find a lot more cheaper lawyers than him. But I always prefer the outcome. He didn't searched me for the case. i didn't get any letter from his fi...rm. I have searched him to hire as my Lawyer. In one word, he is simply great. Though when you talk to him, he will say, "I am not gonna promise you anything", but I know that he knows what would be the outcome of the case. That is why I was never worried. I had got a General Reckless Driving (A.46.2-852) ticket with show up in the court. But he got me signed up with a waiver form, where I didn't even had to go to the court. And my reckless driving dropped to infraction, which is actually " IMPROPER CONTROL/DRIVING". Its not Criminal Misdemeanor but simple traffic violation. I wish he could have dropped that one too.:) Anyway, He is really good and great at his work. I would definitely hire him again if I do commit such kinda incident in future.

Dismissed Reckless Driving Charge

I was thrilled to find Garrett Green who patiently walked me through the legal process, gave options for different outcomes of the case, and walked me through the dmv options I could take advantage of to best present my case. Throughout the process he was always available, responsive, and helpful. Th...e case ended up getting reduced to a no point violation due to Mr Green’s expert handling of the case.

Exceptional Service With Tremendous Results!

I was cited for driving 79 in a 55 zone on the Dulles Access Road near Beulah road in Fairfax County.
