Outstanding outcome

Received a citation for reckless due to speed and have an otherwise clean driving record. Garrett appeared for me in Court and was able to reduce the charge to failure to obey a highway sign. The ultimate fine and points were significantly less than what would have come with the original charge, an...d coupled with the difference in insurance premiums made the fee for their representation well worth the cost. Garrett was professional, polite, and obtained a result which was beyond my expectations. His communication was rapid and complete; he took the time to ensure whatever questions I had were answered. I would use him again, and highly recommend his services.

Lifesaver

Virginia has very strict rules about Reckless Driving. Driving 20 miles per hour above the speed limit triggers this charge--a Class I misdemeanor--even if there's no aggravating circumstances and you were traveling 79 in a 55 on a freeway, as I was. The charge can be quite scary. As a crime, it goes... on your record forever and comes with 6 insurance points. At worst, it carries jail time and the potential for huge fines. Green, and his partner, Luke Nichols, did a first-rate job. They were reassuring and spoke with absolute authority. And they got me as good of an outcome as I could have hoped for. My charge was reduced to a speeding ticket, 74 in a 55, and I received 4 insurance points instead of 6, and got a $100 fine instead of a $250. It's well worth the $700 investment I put in getting a lawyer. Much can be said about the fairness of Virginia's law, but find yourself in this predicament, it is well worth it. I can't recommend this firm highly enough.

An excellent attorney.

I had seen Mr. Green in action at a court appearance where I was a witness, and was impressed by his calm and professional manner while representing his client. The defendant in the case told me how happy he was with the result obtained by Mr. Green that I took one of the latter’s business cards. ...I needed representation myself at one point, and unhesitatingly contacted Mr. Green’s office. He promptly responded; both Mr. Green and his partner, Mr. Nichols, were ready to help me. Mr. Nichols was also very helpful, and conducted a phone interview about the circumstances of my case, answering all of my questions and not ending the call until I felt that I understood everything. I later met with Mr. Green at his office, where he gave me a cautiously optimistic evaluation of my case. The fees covered any and all court actions required until the case would be resolved, including appeals and continuations, so I felt immensely relieved to know that I would have representation as long as I needed it. Fortunately, Mr. Green was able to negotiate a good outcome for my case on the first court date, so, although I had the option to continue the case, I was able to resolve it quickly and move on with my life. Virginia has senseless and reckless mandatory sentencing laws, which only our elected representatives can change, but Garrett Green is in town and able defend me and others against them. Mr. Green is courteous, friendly, and extremely professional, and, as I’ve learned, well-regarded in the Fairfax court system. Neither he, nor his partner, Mr. Nichols, will “gild the lily” and tell you anything beyond what the facts of the case can bear, but he will aim for the best possible resolution. In my case, and in that of the defendant in the case mentioned above, he did just that. There is no doubt that I will consult him again should I ever require legal advice or representation. This is a superb attorney!

Best Possible Outcome

Mr. Green was very clear and thorough when explaining the possible outcomes and how he would approach my case. His professionalism, honesty, and responsiveness put me at ease. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Highly recommended

Mr. Green was great! He was extremely reassuring while always being honest with us. He got my daughter's second reckless driving ticket, down to a 54/35 regular speeding ticket. We could not ask fro better outcome. Thank you Mr. Green! I would recommend Mr. Green to anyone I know.
