Fairfax County DUI case dismissed

I was charged with DUI. My BAC was high, and the prosecutor was determined to have me convicted with maximum penalties. This would have been life-changing for me. Mr. Green gathered all the facts and evidence, analyzed the situation, researched the case law, and formulated a strategy to defend me.... We went to Court, and to trial. Mr. Green evaluated our position with respect to the assigned judge and prosecutor, and advised me how to proceed. At trial, he presented the case law which negated the charges against me, leading the judge, who is known for his propensity to convict, to throw out the case. It was a complete victory. Mr. Green met with me in his office. Once I committed to work with him, both he and his office staff made themselves available to me. I had his cell phone number, which I used, liberally, as I needed considerable hand-holding. Mr. Green made no assurances nor promises but laid out the facts as they were, dispassionately sizing up my situation. He was professional and a gentleman. I recommend him highly.

Best Legal Experience

Dr. Green reduced my reckless driving to a regular speeding ticket. Saved me potentially thousands of dollars and a criminal record. The flat rate pricing was super easy and they communicated very well. Thanks so much for making this experience as painless as possible!

Reckless Driving charge/Go with Green

Garrett Green is great. I got a reckless driving charge in November. My case was a little weird, because I had admitted to drinking when I got pulled over for running a red light. The cop pulled me out and gave me a field sobriety test. I passed the field sobriety test because, some say because I ha...ve a horseshoe up my ***. The cop then proceeded to ask me to blow, But I refused. Since the cop told me I passed the field sobriety test he really did not have probable cause to ask me to blow, so when I refused he could not do anything about it. He let me go but gave me a reckless driving charge because he was obviously mad that he could not get me on drinking and driving. I called Garret Green, and from the second I spoke with him he made me feel at ease and explained the process with straight facts and no BS. His staff responded every time I had a question and kept me in the loop 100%. Garret went on my behalf to the court date and I did not even have to show up. I got a call later in the day that after some tough negotiating with the prosecutor, I had my misdemeanor charge dropped down to improper driving. Was a 200 fine with small court fees but honestly that is much better then a Misdemeanor charge following me around for 11 years. Something I cannot afford. If you get a reckless driving charge in Fairfax or NOVA/DC, honestly please go with nichols-green. they will get you the result you want. Can't really recommend them enough. Thanks Garret!!!

Salesman to Underperformer

I came across Nichols and Green paperwork today so i decided to review my case from about 3-4 years ago. Green sold me on many creative defenses for my reckless driving ticket and told me all the different avenues to clear me of these accusations. I was convinced that he would work with everything ...he could to present as evidence of my innocence. Turns out, once you sign the contract, he will show up late to court and try to convince/scare you into a plea bargain. He was not communicative through the span as my lawyer and clearly didnt think my case was anything but an easy paycheck. I guess thats the routine to take a quick plea bargain rather than put in the work and show you care. I shouldn't have taken the recommendation from my ex-girlfriend and every lawyer i have come across since has been better than Garrett Green

Garrett the Great! Reckless Ticket

I was charged with Reckless Driving heading to Dulles Airport going 89 in a 55mph zone. Being an out-of-state driver, you can imagine my shock when I found out it was considered a criminal misdeamenor in VA! I instantly began my search for a Lawyer to represent me since I didn't want to navigate the ...court system by myself and Garrett Green and his firm came highly recommended! Mr. Green has a lot of experience, very affordable rates, and most importantly he's genuine. He was able to explain the whole legal process to me, from which I followed all his advice regarding driver improvement class, calibration, and a reckless driving class.
