I would highly recommend Chris to anyone. I got a ticket for going 65/40, which is a Misdemeanor in VA. Not only did Chris get my conviction down to a $100 Failure to Obey Traffic Sign fine, but he was very pleasant in all of our meetings. He helped me prepare, and he calmed my nerves every time we met - going through the options, telling me the process, explaining what I needed to do. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome or better attorney.

I was referred to Chris by my sister, whom he had helped in the past. I received a moving violation after 13 years of going without a ticket. The officer would not let me out of this small infraction, so I decided to hire Chris because I didn't want my insurance to go up (just bought a new car and had a reality check with insurance prices on a financed vehicle).
We went over all the facts of what happened (down to mapping out the location on google maps so he could see why I missed the no u-turn sign) when I met up with him for my consultation. He told me up front what he could do for me. I hired him and met him in the courtroom the day I was scheduled to appear.
I was nervous; court rooms and police officers make me that way. However, he told me step by step what will happen at every junction to calm my nerves. Everything he said was correct and I was released on a lesser charge that didn't result in points on my record. He even directed me to where I pay the fine and then came into the waiting room to make sure I was good to go.
I rarely leave reviews for anything, but when I was sitting outside the courtroom and waiting with Chris, I asked him why he became an attorney. He told me he really enjoys helping people out. It was very sincere and said in a passing manner, so I felt like he's one attorney who actually cares about the client and not the check.

I am pleased to recon and this amazing lowyer I was one of his clients he helped me get through a miserable point in my life. Thanks to him, the situation that could have meant major jail time, was basically minimized to nothing at all. He knows the system and won't let you down

I wasn't sure about what was going to happen when I went to court because the police officer made it seem like it was not a big deal but my girlfriend referred me to Chris Holley and I'm glad I listened to her because my case was more serious than I originally thought. Chris was able to do more than what I thought was possible. He went above and beyond for me and made sure I was taken care of. Great attorney!

Very responsive and honest, made sure that everything was taken care of on time. It was my second reckless and Mr. Holley was able to drop it to speeding. Thanks to him I still have a drivers license. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends.

I was involved in a bitter custody dispute. I was accused of repulsive things when my aggressive and somewhat wealthy ex tried to use my child as a weapon to hurt me. From the moment I met Chris, he was direct, honest, and extremely down to earth. Together, we went through two years of hearings, investigations, allegations, and grief. There were so many times I called Chris in tears because of another awful thing my ex had said or done. When I first met Chris, my self confidence was next to nothing, my nerves were shot, and my anxiety was through the roof. He guided me through the process and encouraged me as I jumped through a million hoops to prove that all of the accusations were false. He was one of the few people I trusted over the last two years. More than legal advice and guidance, Chris encouraged me to pursue my dreams and believe in myself. Over time, he became more than just my lawyer; he became a confidante and a friend. I could talk to him about anything, whether related to my case or not. After a 2 year journey that was a complete roller coaster, I almost felt sad that I wouldn't have the need to touch base with him on a regular basis. Chris was amazing. He was responsive, supportive, encouraging, and above all, he was real. He has a human element that is lacking in most people, let alone lawyers. Even after our case was settled, he still touched base just to see how I was doing. He went far above and beyond the call of duty and I'll never be able to thank him enough for his help. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of legal services. I consider him my friend after all we've been through and hold the highest degree of respect and gratitude for him. I can't say enough about how great he was and is. He was a huge contributor to me rebuilding my self confidence and self esteem. He helped me see the strength I had within myself and has helped me realize my potential. He's a great attorney, but he's an even better person! Thank you sooo much Chris!!!

I was nervous, I was anxious & I was scared. Chris calmed me down & won my case with his knowledge. It too me sometime to understand why he wasn't sharing any information with me, but that was because he didn't have any to share. His quick thinking & wit were all I needed in court

I was stopped driving 86m/h at the express lane on 495 belt way. The speeding above 85 in VA is classified as a reckless driving and is a criminal offense. According to my knowledge the most common punishment min this case for the people with reasonable driving records is the fine and restricted driving license on the period 3 mounts. This is a big pain in... for people like me who traveling at least two time a month in addition to fine and insurance trouble. Chris from the beginning promised that I will get only fine. Indeed he knows all the trick which would allow to judge to excuse you. All the preparation and the paper work were done in advance. However at the court Chris checked the paper work of the police officer who stopped me and found out that this was not done properly. As a result the case was dismissed. I was a big relief for me. And I strongly recommend Chris to everybody who has case similar to my - he is very knowledgeable, proffesional and responsible guy on whom you can rely.
