Nick McDaniels is a small firm lawyer with small town roots and big city skills. He is practitioner in Maryland with a deep passion for assisting people in their times of need.  McDaniels Law, LLC was founded in 2016 to turn that passion into practice. McDaniels Law, LLC merged with Lewis Law, LLC to form Lewis McDaniels, LLC - a full service litigation and transaction firm with its headquarters in Frederick, Maryland in 2019.
Mr. McDaniels spends his days teaching Law and Leadership to high school students in Baltimore City Public Schools and his evenings, weekends, and breaks providing legal services to his clients.  In addition to teaching Law and Leadership to Baltimore’s next generation of legal workers and providing excellent advice and representation to his legal clients, Mr. McDaniels is also the co-owner of The Kerr Team of ExecuHome Realty, a full-service real estate team.
Mr. McDaniels was born in Buckhannon, West Virginia and moved to Westminster, Maryland when he was young. Â He is a proud product of Maryland Public Schools and a graduate of Westminster Senior High School. He received his Bachelor of Arts in English and Secondary Education from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, his Master of Science in Education, Administration and Supervision from The Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland, and his Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law in Baltimore, Maryland.
Mr. McDaniels is licensed to practice law in the State of Maryland.  He is a proud member of the National Lawyers Guild, Maryland State Bar Association, American Bar Association, National Association of Realtors, and the Baltimore Teachers Union.  Mr. McDaniels serves on the Board of Directors of CLIA (Community Law in Action).
Mr. McDaniels lives in Thurmont in Frederick County, Maryland with his wife and daughter.
