Ms. Santoni was awesome. She was able to help me in a very difficult situation with my car. I was having problems with the company that had my loan, they would not return phone calls or have any correspondence with me at all and she jumped right in there and got to the bottom of things while keeping me informed of everything going on. She was able to resolve my issues in a very positive way. She found fault with dates that the company should have corresponded on and they didn't. She called them on it and very professionally stated what should have happened and how this issue can be resolved. I am very happy with her work, her ethics, how she kept me informed, her mannerism when talking me to me on the phone, everything. She is very good at what she does and was able to recite the law to a "T" in her correspondence to the company. I received copies of everything and she kept in touch as well as being there if I had any questions or concerns. I would recommend her to everyone.

I contacted Ms. Santoni's law office in September when my vehicle started exhibiting symptoms of a lemon. I found that getting a response often took more than a week each time. Additionally, I provided a lot of documentation at their request, but never was given a chance to actually speak with Ms. Santoni. I tried to ask simple questions like "should I still be driving the car if I'm trying to get it repurchased?" and was met with responses like "we can't provide you with any legal advice until Ms. Santoni officially takes the case, you should do what you think is best". It wasn't until December when I finally insisted that I get some sort of response on whether or not they would handle the case that I was finally told "no". Upon obtaining other counsel, we had a claim filed within the week. I felt like I lost a lot of time dealing with this firm.

I was referred to Ms. Santoni by another attorney. That attorney strongly suggested Ms. Santoni's expertise would be a better fit. It was! I found Ms. Santoni very engaging... actually listening while always presenting options throughout the process. However I felt she was most tenacious where and when she needed to be as my attorney. In addition, her assistant Ms. Debbie Kent was most responsive and helpful at every turn. I sincerely felt I received the best legal results, and would use Ms. Santoni's services again. I have already recommended her, she is well equipped to handle a variety of legal issues. Job well done Jane Santoni!
Ronald Burdge, Lemon law Attorney
Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community
I endorse this lawyer wholeheartedly. I have known Jane for probably ten years. She is a great litigator who knows lemon law extraordinarily well. Her trial skills are top notch too. If you have a lemon law problem, and her office is anywhere near you, then she is your answer. She's very, very good. I highly recommend her to you.
