Our admiralty practice relates to recreational vessels and fine yacts -- from tax and purchase representation and advice through casualty litigation. I have represented clients in many facets of esoteric admiralty litigation including limitation of liability actions and vessel arrests. I have also represented yacht buyers, sellers, lenders and brokers in domestic and offshore purchases including foreign flagging yachts in the British Virgin Islands, St. Vincent and the Marshall Islands.
