10 Star Lawyer!
Allen Rombro has my highest possible recommendation and Id give him 10 stars if I could. I never thought Id need the services of a criminal lawyer but after a minor problem turned into a serious potentially life changing problem for my fiancee, we were scared to death and didn't know what to do. A fa...

Worst experience ever
Other lawyer that I contacted charged less for service but Mr. Rombro charge 2,000 for violation of parole. I thought he was a high profile lawyer becaue of that. I paid the money. I was giving false promise such as he can choose a judge. He beat case like mine all the time. And more. I was basically...
The rules of professional responsibility (attorney client confidentiality which applies even after the conclusion of any representation) prevent ethical counsel from publicly commenting about a particular client in a public forum. Since this review is posted anonymously, I am not convinced this is a legitimate review. Particularly given that the poster suggests I came "empty handed" to a proceeding. In fact, I conduct exhaustive investigation for every single case and obtain any and all evidence that could be useful to our goal. As an officer of the court I cannot manufacture evidence nor will I present unhelpful evidence and for obvious reasons. I investigate and collect all evidence that supports our defense and present that evidence and without exception. Since I know this statement is false, it causes me question this poster's legitimacy. At any revocation hearing that does not result in a favorable outcome, I file for a review of the hearing automatically and at no additional fee. If still necessary, I advise on the likelihood of success on appeal. If I advised against appeal, it is because my thirty years of experience told me we would not win on appeal and that seeking an expensive appeal is a poor decision. I have never and will never accept a case and charge a fee for a service I do not believe has strong potential to benefit my client. With that said, the fact that this poster mentions a "fifteen day" sentence with a public defender, suggests to me that if this is actually a legitimate poster/actual client that they availed themselves of a new set of laws in force as of October 1 2017 and known collectively as The Justice Reinvestment Act. The applicable portion of this law relevant to these facts would, in fact, proscribe a "fifteen day" sentence for a 1st violation of parole. This new law was not available for Maryland defense counsel to utilize prior to Oct 1st 2017 and there are many cases and for myself and my colleagues many former decisions that were adjudicated adversely prior to this Act that would be adjudicated differently after that October 1st date of launch regardless of the quality (or lack thereof) of the defense. In other words, its black and white. As of October 1st, the law requires a judge to impose a maximum penalty of fifteen days for a first parole violation that is technical in nature. Simply put, prior to Oct 1st a judge or a parole commissioner imposed sentences as they saw fit within the law. After Oct 1st, the same judge or commissioner must follow the new law which requires a maximum of fifteen days sentence for a first technical parole violation. As my dozens of other reviews attest, I work tirelessly for my clients and that includes going above and beyond what I am paid to accomplish. I am proud of my record of happy clients and if this is an actual client I will say that I wish you had expressed yourself to me directly and I remain available to you as I do for any client I represent, current or past.
