I was unfortunately involved in accident where i sustained some nasty bumps and bruising as well a some suffering associated with the crash. I was recommend to their office by a friend but i went in with some hesitation as i was scared to be taken advantage of like so many horror stories heard. My first meeting with Josh, a senior partner in Bobby Zirkins office, was very pleasant. He was asking a fair amount of questions to try and understand all aspects of my case and listening to what i had to say about my injuries and most importantly my concerns. We ended the meeting with a business card and said If i had any further questions or when i was ready to make a decision i would know how to find him. I than proceeded to interview with another firm and i was shocked and how different the intake process was. I met with an attorney who didn't seem to be interested in what i had to say. He just kept babbling on how he was going to be able to get me the most money the fastest. He didnt care what was going on with me just wanted me to sign. Needless to say, i knew who i was going to choose to represent me against the person that hit and ran and left me for dead.
