Mr. Blattner earned his Bachelor of Science Degree from Salisbury University, graduating with highest honor. He earned his law degree and graduated with honor from the University of Baltimore School of Law. He earned a Master of Arts in Human Services Counseling with a concentration in Family and Marital Counseling from Liberty University.
Attorney Julius M Blattner is a decorated war veteran who has served the State of Maryland and the United States of America for almost twenty years. He currently serves as an Assistant Staff Judge Advocate for the Maryland Army National Guard.
