I recently incurred 1 felony and 2 misdemeanor charges due to a domestic dispute. These charges were all bogus and Gary knew it. He helped me get released from jail ASAP. I got my second DUI on a Saturday, was released from jail Sunday morning, was in Gary’s office Monday afternoon. Two friends of mine (both with DUIs) recommended Gary to me. I could NEVER say enough about Gary Bernstein! I was in an accident on the day of my mother in laws viewing (no other vehicles or people were involved). I was very shaken up as it had already been a rough few weeks. I was getting ready to leave with my husband and the officer asked me a few questions..., and then asked me to take a field sobriety test. Long story short I had my own medication that I take regularly in my system. I had 6 charges against me including jail time. I was released at that time to wait for court. When they came out Gary asked me a few questions about my driving and medication (which I'm off and not driving). Gary told the officer he could go. I then went before the judge. Gary had worked out a plea of guilty with my own prescription meds. I ended up with 2 yrs unsupervised probation! I didn't have to pay any fines. The fee that I paid Gary is Sooo.. Worth it!! To me I have never seen another attorney command attention the way he does. He knows his stuff. It doesn't matter which county you are in.
